Privacy policy

Flowpro Dynamics AS is a Norwegian company developing simulation software for inflow control completions. We are the data controller for personal data collected via this website.

Contact form: when you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company, and message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.

Analytics (with your consent): if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records anonymized usage data, including pages visited, approximate location (city level), device type, and referring source. We do not collect your name or email through analytics.

Server logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps short-lived access logs containing IP addresses for security and operational purposes. Logs are kept for 30 days.

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party trackers, social-media pixels, or session-replay tools. We do not sell or share data with advertisers.

Contact form: GDPR Article 6(1)(b), necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Analytics: GDPR Article 6(1)(a), your consent, given via the cookie banner. You can withdraw at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

• Contact-form submissions: until your enquiry is resolved, then up to 24 months in our email archive.
• Google Analytics data: 14 months from the last visit.
• Server access logs: 30 days.

We use trusted processors who handle data on our behalf:

• Vercel Inc.: website hosting (United States, with EU data centres for European traffic).
• Resend: transactional email for contact-form delivery.
• Microsoft 365: our email inbox.
• Google LLC: Google Analytics 4, only if you accept analytics cookies.

Where transfers leave the EEA, they rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion (the “right to be forgotten”).
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email insight@flowprodynamics.com. We respond within 30 days.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
